GET /events/{id}/availability returns every timeslot that is not over yet, earliest first, with the places left per ticket type. The numbers are calculated exactly like the shop does: cancelled tickets free their place and test orders take none.
  • remaining is the tightest limit that applies: the ticket type’s own, its group’s or the timeslot’s. null means there is no limit.
  • on_sale tells you whether a visitor can buy it online right now. Use it to decide between a “Buy tickets” button and “Sold out” or “Sale starts soon”.
  • The shop can hide the exact count until only a few places are left; the API always returns the real number, so decide yourself what to show.
  • Pass from and until to pick a date range, including timeslots in the past.
Availability changes with every order. Fetching it once a minute is plenty for a website; cache the response on your server rather than calling the API from every visitor’s browser, which would also expose your API key.
